Frequently asked questions.
Can we come and visit TPP when we visit Kenya?
At the moment, we do not have a structured visitor program, as our core focus is on protecting pangolins and their habitats. However, we are exploring ways to provide behind-the-scenes experiences that highlight our work, without disrupting the delicate balance of our field operations.
To stay informed about future opportunities, we invite you to share your details here. This way, you’ll be the first to hear about upcoming experiences, conservation updates, and ways to support our mission
Can I volunteer with you?
At this time we do not have any open volunteer positions in Kenya. We are also in the process of setting up a screening process for volunteers.
If you would like to fill in this form and attach your CV and cover letter including 2 references we would be delighted to keep you informed as we develop future volunteer opportunities.

How can I help TPP?
The Pangolin Project is fundraising $10.5 million over five years to deliver a bold conservation vision for Nyekweri. Key needs for 2025-2026 include securing 5,000 hectares under conservation leasing ($673,000), removing 90 km of hazardous wire fencing ($96,000), building infrastructure and equipping our field operations base ($186,000), and developing sustainable revenue streams like eco-tourism and carbon credits ($240,000). Whether you’re a major donor or want to contribute a smaller amount, every amount counts.
To explore transformative giving, email Gemma at gemma@thepangolinproject.org or fill in this form. Small donations can be made on our donation page, and if you’ve found us on social media, reach out via direct message or sign up for our e-newsletter to stay involved (see footer). Together, we can protect pangolins and their vital habitats!
